Calendar
The events team at Humane Society of Utah has a handful of major events throughout the year and several smaller events each month. We host food trucks at our facility in Murray weekly during the summer. Contact Special Events for more information.
Attend our unique events and have fun: for a good cause. We offer training classes and other educational opportunities on a regular basis. Your participation directly benefits the animals in our care and funds the programs we offer.

"Help! I have a Reactive Dog" Class
Does your dog respond to a situation (or a trigger) in a more intense way than you would expect, like overreacting to a sound or the presence of another person or animal?
Come learn how to manage this with our Certified Behavior and Training Team at the Humane Society of Utah Auditorium, located through the Adoption Lobby.

Dog Foster Class
Did you recently join our team of foster families, or are you interested in fostering at the Humane Society of Utah? Join us for a free class where you will learn how to set up a foster dog for success when bringing them home. Our Foster and Behavior staff will go over communication, supplies, training tips, and behavioral support.

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event for the Humane Society of Utah (HSU)! Please use this form if you are:
- Hosting a fundraiser for HSU
- Inviting HSU staff to attend a tabling event
- Hosting an offsite adoption event and requesting adoptable animals

The Humane Society of Utah is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that receives no tax dollars or funds from national nonprofit organizations. The animals depend on the support of caring individuals like you.
We have created the following guidelines to enhance the success of third-party/community events and avoid any conflicts with HSU donors, corporate sponsors, or events planned already.
Please don’t print any materials, pursue any media publicity or solicit cash or in-kind sponsors until you get written approval for your event from the Humane Society of Utah.
To make this process as smooth as possible, please complete the event application and submit it to HSU at least two weeks before your event. Once we approve your application, an HSU staff member will contact you.
