Position Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Reporting to: Clinic Director, Reception Manager

Employment Type: Part-Time - Non-Exempt

Pay: $11.00/hr. D.O.E.

We’re looking for 2 - 4 people to help us manage customer flow in our extremely busy (think Black Friday at the Mall) and successful Saturday walk-in vaccination clinic. The schedule would include working Wednesday and Thursday from 7:15 am to 6 pm and rotating Mondays and Saturdays.

Purpose of the Position

Welcome customers and help them fill out release forms. Keep forms organized by time of customer arrival. Direct and/or help customers to available seating. Assist customers with their dogs to keep them safely under control while they complete the required paperwork. Answer questions regarding services. Assist receptionists with locating customers when it’s their turn to be checked in. Monitor the reception area for risks of injury to pets or customers and report problems to reception management. Clean up pet accidents.

 
 
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Must be comfortable working with and around dogs and cats. Bi-lingual a plus. Must be able to understand and strictly follow all verbal and written directions from Staff Veterinarians, Clinic Director, and Reception Management.

     
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    While performing the essential functions of this position, the Customer Experience Specialist is required to stand and walk for long periods, and converse with clients to explain procedures and services.
