Position Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Reporting to: Clinic Director, Reception Manager
Employment Type: Part-time - Non-exempt, 24 - 25 hours per week
Pay: $12+/hr. D.O.E.
Must be comfortable working with and around dogs and cats. Bi-lingual a plus. Must be able to understand and strictly follow all verbal and written directions from Staff Veterinarians, Clinic Director, and Reception Management.Minimum of 1 year of outstanding performance in Customer Service, cash handling, and data entry. Must be comfortable working in a high-stress environment. Must be comfortable working with and around dogs and cats. Bi-lingual a plus. Must be able to understand and strictly follow all verbal and written directions from Staff Veterinarians, Clinic Director, and Reception Management.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the Customer Experience Specialist is required to stand and walk for long periods, and converse with clients to explain procedures and services.
