During a typical day at H.E.R.O. (Humane Educators Reaching Out) Spring Camp, children will participate in age-appropriate humane education workshops, presentations, games, and more. Workshops will focus on different types of animals each day. Depending on the age range of the children, campers will receive one to two hours of animal interaction each day, which may include petting, holding, watering, feeding, and cleaning.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be following national and state-mandated safety guidelines.
Each day will feature fun and informational activities to teach children about important animal welfare issues and pet care. Register your child for one or more days or for the full week.
