Memorial Brick and Statue at Humane Society of Utah

The Humane Society of Utah's Memorial Plaza is a tribute to the four-legged and human loved ones who have touched our lives. 

You can make a permanent mark for someone special by purchasing a tax-deductible* personalized engraved brick at our Memorial Plaza. 

Bricks are a touching way to honor the passing of a pet, friend or family member. Bricks can also be beautiful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. Brick Certificates can be provided after purchasing to allow for a gift recipient to choose their own personalized message.

Brick Order Form

If purchasing a large sized brick, text on Large Brick:
All bricks are limited to three lines of text. Large brick: 6-inch X 9-inch accommodates 16-18 characters per line (count spaces or punctuation as a character). "In Memory of" and "In Honor of" dedications, pet names, people names, special messages and tributes, and birth/death dates are acceptable. Business names and advertising are not allowed. All messages are subject to the approval of the Humane Society of Utah.
If purchasing a small sized brick, text on Large Brick:
All bricks are limited to three lines of text. Small brick: 6-inch X 6-inch accommodates 14-16 characters per line (count spaces or punctuation as a character). "In Memory of" and "In Honor of" dedications, pet names, people names, special messages and tributes, and birth/death dates are acceptable. Business names and advertising are not allowed. All messages are subject to the approval of the Humane Society of Utah.
Graphic Options (for either brick size):

Graphic options include: Dog paw, cat paw, or heart. Please note that including a graphic will remove the space for approximately half of one line of text.
