We recently adopted Missy Elliot and Shakira from HSU and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the process of their adoption. These two cuties have free range of the home with supervision and a shared pen for night time. They are settling in very well and are very sweet buns.
We adopted a rabbit at Christmas time two years ago from the Humane Society of Utah. His name is Steve. He has become a great pet and a member of the family. Here are a few pictures of him in the garden (he does live in the house/garage depending on temperature). Bunny heaven! Thanks for helping these animals out.
MURRAY, UT (Feb. 4, 2016) -- Rabbits are the third most adopted pet at the Humane Society of Utah
To celebrate Adopt a Rescued Rabbit Month in February, the Humane Society of Utah is offering a special adoption fee of $10 for one rabbit or $15 for two. All rabbits are neutered or spayed, and HSU can help educate adopters on the proper equipment, care and training needed for their new pet bunny.
