*Adoption Fees are a base price fee. Adoption prices can be higher depending on our VIP Program. If you have any questions concerning our VIP program, please call adoptions at (801) 261-2919 ext. 227
Adoption Fees INCLUDE mandatory spay/neuter operation and first distemper combination immunization, plus deworming, cardboard carrier for cats or leash for dogs, and free physical examination at participating private veterinarians. Second distemper immunization is due in four (4) weeks at your cost.
