URGENT MESSAGE: KILLING OF BABY SEALS IN CANADA UNDERWAY AGAIN - YOUR PROTESTS ARE NEEDED!

We’re sorry to have to report that the Canadian government is once again sanctioning the brutal clubbing, shooting, and skinning of baby seals for their fur. These infants are slaughtered before their mothers’ eyes, and the sight of the mother seals grieving over the bloody little carcasses of their young is, for most people, unbearable to watch.

The sealers do not need to kill these animals in order to support their own economy. The flesh is left to rot, and the only use these babies have for the killers is to furnish luxury skins for "fashionable" coats and muffs.

Concerned Americans, including citizens of Utah, can put a stop to this barbarity by letting the government of Canada know that we will not stand idly by while literally hundreds od thousands of these innocent animals are bludgeoned to death every year.

With the recent election of Canadian prime Minister Stephen Harper, there is a chance to convince the government that the price of continuing the seal killing is too high. Tell Prime Minister Harper to STOP the seal "hunt." Say that you will neither purchase Canadian seafood nor spend your tourist dollars in Canada.
